Jonathan DeJesus

Sole Practitioner
Richmond Hill, Georgia
After enlisting in the US Army, I attended law school, where I worked at the Hamilton County Prosecutor's office Grand Jury division, and also served as a Mediator for small claims and misdemeanor criminal offenses. Upon graduation, I reentered the US Army JAG Corps and served with the 3rd Infantry Division between 2002-2007 as an Operational Law Attorney, Trial Counsel, Defense Counsel, and part time Military Magistrate. I began practicing as a private attorney in 2007, and litigated cases involving divorce, custody, support, contracts, property disputes, and both felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.  During that time, I obtained acquittals on every court martial I defended, including an Article 120 General Courts Martial.
